The candidate should be a Level 3 coach, have a proven track record in National League rugby, possess excellent communication and man management skills and a desire to succeed.
The candidate would be required to take a lead role in continuing to develop young players offering a pathway for young players stepping up into senior rugby.

Job Description
Title: 1st Team Forwards Coach
Reports to:Director of Rugby
Key Relationships: Head Coach, Backs Coach, 1St Team Manager, 2nd & 3rd Team Managers, Medical Support Staff.
Responsibilities: Creating an environment where players can develop and flourish alongside the Head Coach & Backs Coach, ensure a playing structure and style that is conducive to our player base, instilling a winning mentality and ensuring that the club is successful.
Main Tasks
Attendance on Tuesday & Thursday evening training sessions and Saturday match days
Delivery of training sessions- working with the Head Coach
Deliver individual player development plans alongside Head Coach
Input in match day tactics- working with both the Head Coach & Backs Coach
Contribute in team selection, match analysis and preparation of 1st team matches
Provide constructive player feedback following selection alongside Head Coach & Backs Coach
Assist in the identification and recruitment of players-working with our Director of Rugby and the Head Coach
Act as an ambassador of Old Redcliffians RFC, where possible attending Club functions in role of Forwards Coach.

Level 3 or above

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the highest standards of personal, professional and managerial attributes
Be confident, articulate, have good organisation and communication skill
